Verde Pool Pavilion
A tropical pavilion with infinity pool spilling toward layered mountain ridges, the architecture a quiet platform for the landscape.
A horizontal pavilion laid across the rice terrace, deferring entirely to the landscape beyond.
Using Volcanic Stone, Plantation Teak, Brushed Concrete, Pebble-Finish Pool, the architecture remains quiet. Volcanic stone, plantation teak, and brushed concrete absorb the strong tropical light; the infinity pool extends the floor plate to the horizon.
The horizon does the work. The architecture only holds it steady.
Set among the rice terraces of central Bali, Verde Pool Pavilion was completed in 2024 for a private client. The 300 m² pavilion opens across 1 above ground on a 3,400 m² site, anchored by a long infinity pool that dissolves into the surrounding ridges at sunset.
