Concept
A bridge between two pavilions, suspended in the cloud forest canopy.
Stained Timber, Teak Decking, Low-Iron Glass, Linen Curtains carry the language of the original retreat across the void, the suspended walkway calibrated to disappear into the mist on damp afternoons.
The bridge is a room. The mist is the ceiling.
A second sleeping pavilion connected to the original Canopy Retreat by a forty-metre suspended bridge, completed in 2024. The 80 m² cabin is calibrated to the same elevation in the cloud forest canopy.
